Rome Film Fest, 15th edition, has finally been confirmed and will take place from 15 to 25 October at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome.

As previously announced in agreement with Fondazione Cinema per Roma’s Founding Members and Board of Directors, the final dates have been approved and confirmed.

The official selection is composed of independent films, genre productions, the work of renowned authors, of emerging filmmaking talents, research and experimentation, cinema with a clear vocation for entertainment, animated films, visual art and documentaries.

Alongside the official selection (films will run for the BNL People’s Choice Award), the Rome Film Fest will present public encounters, masterclasses, retrospectives, special events, re-editions of film classics, as well as an exclusive selection with the aim of offering quality and excellence in every form of film expression.

For the sixth year, Antonio Monda is the artistic director and the members of the Selection Committee are: Richard Peña, Giovanna Fulvi, Alberto Crespi, Francesco Zippel and Valerio Carocci.

The Auditorium Parco della Musica is confirmed as the main venue of the event, but the Fest will involve the rest of the Capital city as well, presenting screenings and public encounters in many cinemas of the city and in other forms and screening methods.
